Elizabeth Carey

Dr. Elizabeth Carey serves as Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at Curry College, where she also holds critical administrative roles including Internship Coordinator for the Psychology Department and Coordinator for the Experiential Learning Program. She actively mentors students as faculty advisor for the Psychology Club and leads international volunteer initiatives that integrate community service with academic learning.

Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology from Suffolk University, Boston. Extensive clinical training spans Boston Medical Center (trauma/child psychiatry), Boston VA Medical Center (veteran polytrauma), Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (AIDS dementia/forensics), and Beth Israel Medical Center (neurological conditions).
