Dr. Elizabeth Bloodgood is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Concordia University, specializing in international relations and the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Her research focuses on NGO lifecycles, transnational advocacy networks, and the political power of data. She leads the Global Registry of Nonprofit Data Sources (GRNDS) in collaboration with Ajah, analyzing NGO populations cross-nationally. Her work is supported by SSHRC funding and addresses topics such as nonprofit regulations, epistemic communities, and the evolving UN governance model in the NGO era.
