Elizabeth Asmis is a Professor of Classics in the College at the University of Chicago, specializing in ancient Greek and Roman philosophy. Her research spans from pre-Socratics to Neoplatonists, with a focus on Epicureanism, Stoicism, and the adaptation of earlier philosophical thought.
