Elissavet Perakaki is a Teaching Professor at the University of Athens, Department of Musical Studies, with over two decades of experience in music education. She serves as President of the Greek Society for Music Education (GSME) and Chair of ISME's Music in the Schools & Teacher Education Commission (MISTEC) for 2024-2026. Her career spans teaching in Greek public schools, conservatories, and higher education institutions since 1998.
