Elisha Rasif serves as a Lecturer in Management and Course Portfolio Leader at the School of Management within the Faculty of Business and Law, Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). She joined ARU in 2021 as a researcher and transitioned to her academic role in 2023, teaching core modules including Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Change, Digital Business, Principles of Marketing, and MSc Supply Chain Management.

With prior industry experience in business development and account management at major technology firms, Dr. Rasif bridges academic rigor with practical business insights. Her ERDF-supported research directly informs curriculum development and industry partnerships focused on sustainable business transformation.
