Elinor Tsen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, The University of Queensland. Her research focuses on organizational cyber resilience, cybersecurity practices, and governance frameworks within institutions. She holds a Doctoral (Research) of Business (Governance) from the School of Business, UQ (2023).
Her work explores how organizations adopt mature cybersecurity measures and mitigate risks through resilience strategies. Notable contributions include a 15-year dataset on data breaches and ransomware attacks (2020) and a seminal study on organizational cyber resilience precursors (2022).
Elinor is available for supervision, currently advising a PhD candidate applying situational crime prevention to cybersecurity. She actively publishes in peer-reviewed journals and contributes to interdisciplinary cybersecurity research.
