Elin Naurin is a Professor at the Department of Political Science, University of Gothenburg, and a Wallenberg Academy Fellow (2017–2024). Her research focuses on representative democracy, electoral systems, and the intersection of gender, parenthood, and political engagement. She leads the Gothenburg Research Program on Pregnancy and Politics, examining how pregnancy and early parenthood shape political attitudes and behaviors.
