Elin Aspeklev is a doctoral student at the Department of Library and Information Science, Academy of Library, Information, Education and IT, University of Borås since spring 2025. Her research focuses on the structures, actors, and processes shaping governing documents related to public art in Swedish municipalities, with particular interest in how officials influence policy creation, design, and dismantling.
- Bachelor's degree in Art History and Visual Studies (2016) and Master's degree in Museology (2020) from Lund University
- Professional experience at Lund Art Gallery, Skissernas Museum, and Swedish National Heritage Board
