Elijah Huge is a licensed architect and Associate Professor of Art at Wesleyan University, where he leads the North Studio Design Laboratory and teaches architectural design studio. His work bridges design practice and scholarly research, focusing on architecture's intersection with urban systems, emergency infrastructure, and sustainable design. He holds a BA from Yale College and an M.Arch from the Yale School of Architecture.
- Research Interests: Architectural emergency devices, building codes, urban contingency planning, landscape integration, passive environmental strategies.
- Awards: Graham Foundation grant recipient (2011), First Prize in MA Design (2011), AIA Small Projects Award (2010), among others.

Projects include the Barilla Pavilion (Parma, Italy), Intertidal (Cape Cod, MA), and Wesleyan Sukkah, reflecting his expertise in merging experimental design with social and ecological engagement.
