Elif Sisli Ciamarra is a Professor of Business Administration and serves as the Finance Department Chair in the Leo J. Meehan School of Business at Stonehill College. She joined the College in 2017 and also holds an appointment as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance in the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Additionally, she serves on the academic team of Our Generation Speaks (OGS), a fellowship program and incubator for high-impact ventures.

Her work in Corporate Governance explores the systems and processes by which companies are directed and controlled. She also investigates Corporate Social Responsibility, examining how businesses balance profit-making with social and environmental responsibilities. Her research extends to Entrepreneurship, studying new venture creation and growth, and Financial Technology, analyzing innovations in financial services and digital banking.
