Eli Rexford Chambers is a percussion instructor at Marietta College and an adjunct instructor at Ohio University. He holds a BFA in Music Composition from Ohio University (2015) and an MM in Music Composition from Bowling Green State University (2023).
His research and creative work spans contemporary music composition, electroacoustic experimentation, and digital instrument development. His compositions have been performed at festivals like Nief-Norf Summer Music Festival and Guthman Musical Instrument Competition.
His 2017 composition Cryptogram was nominated for GRAMMY™ eligibility by the Ohio University Wind Ensemble. He has collaborated with ensembles such as Hypercube, Long Leash Trio, and Toledo Symphony Orchestra.
