Eleonora Rosina is a Researcher (RTDa) at Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences in Rome, Italy, specializing in Applied Biology (SSD BIOS-10/A). Previously, she served as an adjunct professor of Applied Biology for the MSc Medicine and Surgery program at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her research focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms underlying Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Fragile X Syndrome (FXS), particularly interactions between prenatal immune insults and FMR1 gene mutations. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience (with a European label) from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, completed under Prof. Claudia Bagni’s supervision at the University of Lausanne’s Laboratory of Molecular Neurobiology.
