Eleonora Perobelli is a Lecturer in Public Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management, collaborating since 2017. She is a researcher at the Center for Research on Health and Social Care Management (CERGAS) within the Social Policy and Service Management area. Since 2022, she serves as Program Coordinator for the Executive Master in Management of Public Administrations (EMMAP) and the Course in Management of Public Administrations (MAP).

Her research focuses on service management models, public value measurement, and public-private hybrid organizations, particularly in welfare, long-term care, and housing sectors. She coordinates the HouseInc project (Horizon Europe-funded) and contributes to the OASI Report on the National Health Service and the Observatory on Long Term Care annual report.
Key publications appear in Public Management Review, International Journal of Long Term Care, and edited volumes by Elgar Publishing, Palgrave, and Routledge. Her teaching domains include Service Management Design, Co-Production in Public Services, and Social Innovation.
