Eleni Meletiadou

Eleni Meletiadou serves as an Associate Professor in Management Learning and Education (EDI Specialist) at London Metropolitan University, one of London's most diverse institutions. She strategically leads the Education for Social Justice and Sustainable Learning (ESJ/ESD) Development (RILEAS) and Gender Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) Research Groups, driving institutional implementation of the ESJ Framework to enhance student learning experiences through EDI integration.

Her research pioneers the fusion of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) with digital pedagogy and multilingualism to create universally accessible curricula. With extensive global experience across 35+ countries and leadership in 20+ European networks (including CLIL Network for Languages in Education), her work has catalyzed pedagogical transformations that significantly improve student transition, retention, success, and progression through evidence-based institutional strategies.
