Elena Achkovska Leshkovska

Prof. Dr. Elena Achkovska Leshkovska is a Full Professor at the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She has held academic positions since 1985, progressing from junior teaching assistant to full professor. Her professional development includes international collaborations in Austria, the USA, and Italy, and specialized training in educational policy in Slovenia.

Education: BSc (1982), MSc (1992), and PhD (2004) in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. Her research focuses on cognitive psychology, giftedness, and educational psychology. She has authored/co-authored over 60 articles and several textbooks, including works on intercultural education and gifted student identification.
