Eleanor Newbigin is a historian at SOAS University of London's School of History, Religions and Philosophies, specializing in South Asian history with focus on imperialism, decolonization, and gender studies. Her academic qualifications include a PhD in History from University of Cambridge (2008), MPhil in History Research (2004), and BA in History (2002), all from Cambridge.
