Elda Brogi is a Part-time Professor and Deputy Director of the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom at the European University Institute. She is an active member of EDMO (European Digital Media Observatory) and contributes to policy analysis and research under Task V. Her career spans advisory roles in the European Parliament and Italian Parliament on media policies, electronic communications regulation, and human rights. Brogi has held research fellowships at the University of Florence and University of Perugia, and served as a research associate at the EUI Law Department.

Research Interests focus on Constitutional Law, European Law, Media Law, Internet Law, and Policy Analysis. Her recent work examines media pluralism in the digital era, including legal frameworks for digital platforms and regulatory compliance.
