Elaine Rossiter

Elaine Rossiter is a Lecturer at the School of Management, People and Organisations at Technological University Dublin. With 25 years of experience as a human resources practitioner and 15 years of lecturing in HRM, she integrates practical expertise with academic knowledge, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She also manages the work-placement programme for third-year HR students, fostering industry partnerships.
