Dr. Elaine McCrate is an Emerita Associate Professor of Economics and affiliated with the Women's and Gender Studies program at the University of Vermont. Her expertise spans labor economics, labor-management relations, gender studies, and econometrics, with a focus on low-wage labor markets and African Americans in the U.S. economy. She has taught courses such as Women in the U.S. Economy, Labor Economics, and Introduction to Women's Studies.
