Dr. Ekaterina Ivanova is affiliated with the Institute for Atmosphere and Environment at Goethe University Frankfurt, part of the Faculty of Geosciences/Geography. Her academic journey includes a PhD from Moscow State University (1988) and a subsequent PhD at Goethe University (2007), focusing on atmospheric processes and ozone dynamics. She transitioned into research management, leading major EU-funded projects such as CLOUD-ITN, CLOUD-TRAIN, CLOUD-MOTION, and currently CLOUD-DOC (since 2022). Her work emphasizes atmospheric chemistry, climate modeling, and environmental science.
