Eileen Grycky is a Professor of Flute at the University of Delaware's School of Music within the College of Arts & Sciences. She is a recipient of the University’s Excellence in Teaching Award and actively promotes underrepresented composers through performances and initiatives like the Tiger Lily Music series. She performs with ensembles such as Tiger Lily Trio, Christiana Winds, Brandywine Baroque, and the Delaware Symphony.
- Education: Oberlin Conservatory and New England Conservatory
Her research interests focus on diversifying classical music performance, particularly through promoting works by women and composers of color. She has performed internationally and maintains an active recording career with groups such as Brandywine Baroque and the Taggart-Grycky Flute Guitar Duo.
