Egil Sverre Eide

Egil Sverre Eide (born 1966) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electronic Systems, Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NTNU (2000) and is a member of the Circuit and Radio Systems Group. His research spans antennas, radar systems, remote sensing, and advanced signal processing techniques.

His recent work focuses on autonomous ships, ultra-wideband radar, and ground-penetrating radar systems. Eide has contributed to interdisciplinary applications in seismic data processing and satellite navigation.
