Edward T. Hall is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation at Northumbria University. He leads the think-tank Sociological Innovations in Sport Exchange (SiS-X), focusing on connecting theory and practice in sport policy and workforce development. His research explores relational, political, and emotional complexities in sports work, aiming to improve professional practices globally. He supervises doctoral researchers and chairs initiatives like the Athena Swan Charter Award.
