Edward R. Gutierrez

Edward R. Gutierrez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities and Arts at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). With a distinguished career in the animated feature film industry, he has worked on iconic films such as The Little Mermaid (1989), Beauty and the Beast (1991), and The Lion King (1994). His academic focus merges technical animation skills with storytelling centered on environmental and social issues.
