Edward L. Snyder

Edward L. Snyder, MD, is Professor of Laboratory Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and Director of the Yale New Haven Hospital Blood Bank/Transfusion Service, overseeing approximately 48,000 annual blood product transfusions. His clinical responsibilities support multiple service lines including oncology, surgery, pediatrics, and transplantation. Dr. Snyder holds leadership roles as Committee Chair for Conflict of Interest and Membership at Yale Cancer Center.
