Edward Berger is the Interim Head and Professor of Engineering Education at Purdue University's School of Engineering Education, with a joint appointment as Professor of Mechanical Engineering. He also serves as Inaugural Associate Vice Provost for Learning Innovation, Director of the Innovation Hub, and Executive Director of the Mechanical Engineering Education Research Center at Purdue (MEERCat). His career includes roles as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs at the University of Virginia (2005–2014) and faculty positions at the University of Cincinnati (1996–2005).
