Prof. Dr. Ece ŞİMŞEK is an Associate Professor at Akdeniz University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. With a career spanning over two decades, her research focuses on molecular mechanisms in cancer, neurobiology, and infectious diseases.
