EMMA PEREZ

Emma Perez is a Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. She also serves as Associate Program Director of Outreach & Research at the Office of Strategic Educational Partnerships, focusing on Broadening Participation in STEM initiatives. Her work emphasizes resilience strategies among Latina STEM students at Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs).
