Dr. Gina Ann Garcia is a Professor at the Berkeley School of Education, University of California, Berkeley, specializing in equity and justice in higher education, particularly focusing on Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). Her research explores how HSIs institutionalize servingness to empower Latinx/x and minoritized students.
