ELENI STAVROU

Dr. Eleni Stavrou is a Professor of Management at the University of Cyprus's Department of Business Administration and Public Administration, affiliated with the School of Economics and Management. She holds a Ph.D. from George Washington University (USA), an MBA in HRM/HRIS, and a B.Sc. in Management/Marketing from SUNY Albany. With 24 years at the University of Cyprus, her research focuses on HRM, workplace performance, family business succession, and flexible employment forms.
