Dylan Lino

Dr Dylan Lino is a Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, and an affiliate of the Centre for Public, International and Comparative Law. His research focuses on constitutional law, colonialism, and Indigenous rights within Australia's settler state, particularly the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. He holds degrees from UNSW, Harvard University, and the University of Melbourne. His work critically examines historical legal frameworks, British constitutional thought (notably A.V. Dicey), and the intersections of law, colonialism, and Indigenous sovereignty.
