Dustin W. Kemp is an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). His research focuses on coral reef ecosystems, symbiotic relationships in marine invertebrates, and the effects of climate change on microbial diversity in marine environments.
Education:
- B.S. in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University
- M.S. in Biology from Florida Atlantic University
- Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Georgia
Research Interests: Coral reefs, symbiosis, marine invertebrate physiology, climate change impacts on ecosystems, and microbial diversity. His lab recruits M.S. and Ph.D. students for research opportunities.
