Dustin Nadler, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies. His research focuses on Industrial and Organizational Psychology (examining leadership, diversity, and workplace dynamics) and Social Psychology (studying student academic outcomes through social justice frameworks). Nadler holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (2013), an MA in Applied Psychology (2011), and a BS in Psychology from Missouri State University (2008). His work explores topics such as stereotype threat, student retention, and bias in selection processes, with a strong emphasis on applying psychological theory to improve educational and organizational practices.
He has been recognized with awards including the 2021 Dede Smith Friend of Gifted Award and the Maryville University Faculty Spotlight Award.
