Dustin Buehler is a Pro Tem Instructor in the University of Oregon’s School of Law, teaching in the Portland Program. He concurrently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Oregon Governor Kate Brown, advising on legislative, tribal, and policy matters. Previously, he held tenured positions as a law professor at the University of Arkansas (where he was thrice named Professor of the Year) and as a lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law.
