Duncan Blake is a Higher Degree by Research Candidate at the Adelaide Law School, Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics, The University of Adelaide. He combines his academic pursuits with a part-time role as a Reserve legal officer, focusing on military space activities and international law.

His research examines conflicts between international space law and laws governing military force/coercion, applying systemic integration and systems theory to reconcile these ambiguities.
