Drew Trgovac is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Arizona State University's School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning (SGSUP). He has been at ASU since 2019 and serves as GIS Program Coordinator and Associate Director of Geospatial Research & Solutions. His research focuses on pedagogical advancements in Geographic Information Science (GIScience) and spatial analysis applications in conservation, public health, and ecology. He is affiliated with the SPARC - Spatial Analysis Research Center.
Education: Ph.D. in Geography from the University at Buffalo-SUNY, Master of Arts in Geography from the same institution, a Certificate in Curriculum and Instruction from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Juniata College.
