Dragomir Krumes is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, specializing in Materials Science and thermodiffusion processes. His career spans over five decades, including a significant role at SOUR 'Đuro Đaković' and academic leadership as Vice-Rector for Reconstruction and Development at the University of Osijek.
- Graduated in 1970 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb
- Master's degree (1977) and doctorate (1985) from the same faculty
Research interests focus on materials engineering, heat treatment, and surface engineering, with an emphasis on bridging theoretical advancements and industrial applications. He has authored 8 books, 2 scripts, and over 130 scientific and professional papers.
