Assoc. Prof. Drago Tukara serves as an Associate Professor at the Catholic Faculty of Theology, part of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. Born April 7, 1965 in Gundinci, he completed theological studies at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Đakovo, was ordained a priest in 1992, and earned his doctorate in Rome in 2003 specializing in patrology at the Patristic Institute Augustinianum.

Within academic governance, he serves on the Graduate and Final Examinations Committee and Awards Committee, and participates as an external examiner for doctoral theses at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Zagreb. His church involvement includes membership in the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council, Consultative Council, Commission for Mandates at the Catechetical Office, and Primate's Chapter.
