Douglas MacGregor is an Adjunct Professor at Western State Colorado University, where he is building a cybersecurity program. He holds an MS in Computer Science (1980) from the University of Illinois, a PhD in Engineering from Kyoto University (one of the first Americans to earn this from a leading Japanese institution), and an MS in Cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University (2023). His career spans industry and academia, including executive roles at Motorola (microprocessor architect), Dell (General Manager), and Harvard Business School (Fellow in leadership initiatives).
