Robert Glaser is a part-time Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, with a secondary appointment in Computer Science. He holds First Class Radiotelephone Operator and Amateur Extra Class (N3IC) licenses from the FCC, and is a member of IEEE and the American Radio Relay League.
