Douglas M. Walls is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at NC State University, directing the MS in Technical Communication program and serving as core faculty in the Ph.D. program in Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media (CRDM). He specializes in digital rhetorics and inclusive design for marginalized communities, focusing on User Experience (UX), Information Architecture (IA), and Experience Architecture (XA).
