Dorothy E. Leidner is the Ferguson Professor of Information Systems at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. She founded Baylor's first PhD program in Information Systems in 2008 and holds a visiting professor appointment at the University of Mannheim since 2005. Her academic career spans roles at INSEAD, TCU, ETH-Zurich, SMU, University of Caen, and ITESM.
