Hope Koch is the Godfrey Sullivan Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics at the Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University. She focuses on teaching management information systems and mentoring students in technical fields, with a research emphasis on emerging technologies' impact on business operations and societal value creation. Her work spans technology implementation, qualitative research, and action research addressing organizational and social challenges.

She co-chairs initiatives to improve Central Texas education through the Callaway Foundation, which grants $500,000 annually in scholarships, and supports Temple College as a Board of Trustees member.
