Dorota Sikora-Fernandez

Dorota Sikora-Fernandez serves as a Lecturer in the Department of City and Regional Management within the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. Her academic career spans over two decades at the institution, where she conducts research, teaches specialized courses, and supervises student theses.

Current research focuses on data-driven urban governance, open data frameworks, urban digitalization, and emerging urbanization models.
