Professor Doris Ruth Eikhof is a leading scholar in Cultural Economy & Policy at the University of Glasgow's College of Arts & Humanities. She holds dual roles as Professor of Theatre, Film & Television Studies and Academic Lead for Inclusive Research Practice. Her work focuses on dismantling structural barriers to diversity in cultural sectors, with notable contributions to gender equity policies in film and screen industries.
