Doris Agotai

Prof. Doris Agotai is the Director of the FHNW School of Computer Science and a Lecturer at the FHNW Institute for Interactive Technologies. Her research focuses on interactive information visualization, human-computer interaction, user experience design, and extended reality. She has made significant contributions to the integration of mixed reality systems in financial services, healthcare, and cultural heritage domains.

Her work emphasizes practical applications of technology in service design, education, and healthcare. Notable projects include the Biennale 4D VR experience exploring art archives and the development of mixed-reality systems to mitigate human biases in data entry. Agotai has also pioneered methods for enhancing learnability through micro-teachings in UX design.
