Adam Spryszynski

Adam Spryszynski is a University Lecturer in the Informatics department at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from NJIT (2018). His teaching focuses on UI/UX design, user-centered design methodologies, and digital collaboration tools. Current courses include DD 640: UI/UX in Digital Design, IS 375: Discovering User Needs for UX, and IS 247: Designing the User Experience.

His research interests lie at the intersection of educational technology and immersive learning environments. Notable work involves integrating virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) into K-12 STEM education, supporting English Language Learners through personalized VR tools, and developing collaboration frameworks for undergraduate STEM students. He has presented at the CUNY Games Conference and contributed to curriculum modernization efforts in IT programs.

Recent projects include studies on binary counting education via VR for middle schoolers and pre-college initiatives for AR/VR development. His work emphasizes accessibility, adaptive learning systems, and bridging classroom-to-workplace environments through digital tools.
