Prof. Dorien Kooij is a Full Professor at Tilburg University's Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, specializing in the Department of Human Resource Studies. She holds a PhD from VU University Amsterdam (2010) and has been affiliated with Tilburg University since 2010. Her research focuses on aging workers, motivation, human resource management (HRM), and workplace well-being.
