Donya R. Andrews-Little is a full-time faculty member at Georgia State University's Perimeter College Clarkston campus. With three decades of combined experience as an Elementary School Guidance Counselor, NCAA Division I Cross Country/Track and Field Coach, and college educator, she brings multidisciplinary expertise in physical education and sport management. Her work bridges athletic administration, coaching education, and clinical health sciences through active community engagement.

- PhD in Physical Education (Sport Management) from Florida State University
Dr. Andrews-Little's research focuses on sports administration, coaching methodologies, and health science integration. Her 2014 publication on comprehensive workout design demonstrates expertise in creating accessible fitness frameworks for diverse skill levels. She actively leads the PEACHS Club (Perimeter Exercise And Clinical Health Sciences and Sports), fostering interdisciplinary collaboration between educators, athletic professionals, and health science practitioners.
