Donna Silverberg is an Adjunct Professor at the Institute for Conflict Management, Lipscomb University. She has been a practicing mediator, facilitator, and conflict management systems designer since 1988, specializing in projects involving legislatures, city councils, tribal/state/federal officials, and academic institutions. She previously served as Acting Director of Oregon’s Dispute Resolution Commission and held roles with Oregon Governor Kitzhaber’s office. Her work includes over 1,500 projects, with notable recognition for her contributions to dispute resolution and environmental conflict resolution.

She also provides leadership training in ethics and negotiation skills.
